I first tasted this recipe when my Aunty made it for a family meal when I was down in Christchurch a couple of months ago. She gave me the recipe which I finally made last week (though forgot to take pictures of).
The family loved the apple tart so much that I had requests to make it again this week... and I remembered to take pictures this time.
The recipe is from the Watties Food in a Minute website only instead of using canned apple, I stewed my own from scratch.
It really is just so scrummy, you must look it up... and so easy to make as well.
